去年11月份，美國商務(wù)部對進口自墨西哥的普碳和合金線材發(fā)起了反傾銷行政復(fù)審。
復(fù)審涉及的企業(yè)為墨西哥鋼廠/出口商，復(fù)審追訴期為2009年10月1日至2010年9月30日。
涉案企業(yè)包括：(1)AcerosSanLuisS.A.deC.V.(Aceros);(2)AltosHornosdeMexicoS.A.deC.V.(AltosHornos);(3)ArcelorMittalLasTruchas,S.A.deC.V.(AMLT):(4)DeAcerodeC.V.(DeAcero):(5)SiderurgicaLazaroCardenasLasTruchasS.A.deC.V.(Sicartsa);(6)TalleresyAcerosS.A.deC.V.(Talleres);(7)TerniumMexicoSA.deC.V.(Ternium)。
本周四，美國商務(wù)部宣布終止對以下公司的復(fù)審：Aceros,AltosHornos,DeAcero,Talleres和Ternium。原因是起訴方美國線材行業(yè)撤銷了請求。
美國商務(wù)部將繼續(xù)對AMLT和Sicartsa的復(fù)審。
